We are connecting Stewards, Committeepeople, and other union representatives across the UAW to troubleshoot handling grievances, building member involvement, and enforcing our contracts. When we share our challenges and victories across units and locals, we make our union stronger.

Our network is open to members across all sectors of the UAW (Auto; Independent Parts Suppliers; Aerospace; Heavy Truck; Agricultural Implements; Higher Education; Technical, Office, and Professional; Gaming; Legal Services; and more). We aim to span the diversity of our union and organize in a way that makes all workers feel welcome.

We are a network for UAW members, run by UAW members. UAW Member Action is independent from the United Auto Workers. We do not advocate secession from the UAW or dual unionism; we are working together to build UAW power.
